Workout Notes 06/05/2022

Initial Notes/Thoughts/Feelings

  • Walked a mile outside, body is good to go.
  • Talked with Clara about starting my workouts earlier.  Felt the want and need to push my workout earlier to match Clara’s energy.

Morning Workout

  • Roman chair on back (ab workout)
    • 20 seconds
      • Not so bad.  Ab strength has definitely increased since last ab workout.
    • 20 seconds

      • Really happy so far about this increase.  Gotta keep up on this.

      • Consistent and good.

      • Really tough.  The last second was almost given up on.
    • Planks with Rings
      • Did 25 seconds and decided to hold this off for tonight

      • Balance has increased tremendously.

      • Felt like I could handle this.

Final Notes/Thoughts/Feelings

  • Balance has increased and abs have increased in strength a little bit.
